Supply Chain Ownership

Unless specified in writing, all suppliers are required to fully manage the supply chain of purchased parts for secondary operations for their compont or product. This includes management of price reductions, quality improvements & responses, capacity changes, etc. Regardless of whether a sub-supplier was selected by Sensata or directly by the supplier, this requirement is fully in place.
