Schedule Management

Technical development for new products is linked to schedules of execution. Sensata requires all suppliers to fully manage the schedule of tooling development and debug to meet the overall needs of the program and all end customer requirements for qualification and launch timing. Penalties may be applied if shedule misses affect the end customer and are proven to be negligence on the part of the supplier.
