Release of Information

Suppliers shall not, without the prior written permission of Sensata, publicly announce or otherwise disclose information, or release any publicity regarding Sensata business.

In the event that one party wishes to disclose to the other party information which it deems proprietary, the parties, prior to disclosure, shall execute a specific nondisclosure agreement regarding such information.
