Price

Suppliers agree that the prices for goods sold shall be as low as, or lower than, the prices sold for goods at the same time to any other customers in the same or similar quantities under the same or similar terms and conditions. In the event that suppliers give a lower price to another customer, effective on the date such price was given, Sensata shall obtain such lower price.

Sensata will not accept shipment at any increase in price above that negotiated in an agreement. Any general price decrease announced by a supplier in classification of equipment and/or materials similar to the goods described in this Agreement shall automatically reduce the price thereof by a comparable percentage.

Suppliers agree to implement a (to be determined percent) annual cost reduction program by part number.
