Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, all Sensata prints and associated tooling for custom parts and sub-asseblies are considered intellectual property of Sensata. This includes but is not limited to all material stamped as Sensata strictly private and/or confidential. In cases of joint development of parts with joint intellectual property, suppliers are expected to negotiate in good faith regarding restrictions on usage of these components. Suppliers should not accept any purchase order from any other entity for the supply of custom parts designed and tooled for Sensata without authorization from Sensata.
