C-TPAT

  All  international supply partners shipping to Sensata Technologies locations in the United States  should  be either C-TPAT certified or in compliance with C-TPAT requirements.  C-TPAT is a US program for Customs - Trade Program Against Terrorism.  This program applies to all shipments of production parts, sample parts, tooling, equipment, documentation manuals, and all other material coming into the United States.  For supply partners that are not C-TPAT certified, compliance must be demonstrated through written/electronic confirmation of adherence to the defined security criteria, and suppliers will be subject to verification of compliance through audits.  All international supply chain partners must be capable of meeting the contractual security requirements and have the ability to identify and correct security deficiencies as needed.
