Continuity of Supply

Continuity of supply of product to Sensata and our customers is the single most important factor in supply chain management. It is the supplier’s responsibility to insure that high quality product is shipped on time and that no disruptions occur. In the event that customers are impacted or shut down (worst case), all costs incurred by Sensata will be passed on to the supplier when it is proven that the reason for disruption was the supplier’s responsibility.
