Change Management Control

Suppliers agree that shipment of unauthorized, counterfeit, or rebuilt parts or goods, or any unapproved change of an approved good is strictly prohibited. Any change in design, material, processing or manufacturing location, from the part previously approved for production, requires prior written approval from Sensata. Such approval may be initiated by submitting a written request of change to Sensata and obtained by submitting samples to Sensata for evaluation. Suppliers must follow PPAP requirements for all changes per TS 16949 for automotive products.
