Advance Notice of Supply Disruption

Suppliers must maintain continuity of supply with Sensata for a minimum period of twelve months after notification of supply disruption (or as negotiated with Sensata). This applies for notice of disengagement or other similar circumstances initiated by the supplier. Sensata reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers the postponement of any purchase order releases scheduled for delivery within thirty (30) days and based on market demand fluctuations and inventory adjustments. Sensata may cancel or postpone any purchase order release with a requested delivery date beyond thirty (30) days from Sensata’s notification.
