8D Management

All quality discrepancies must be addressed and documented with an 8D process and format. Intial response including containment is due to Sensata within 48 hours. Suppliers are expected to conduct failure analysis of returned parts in a timely manner in order to determine root cause. Full 8D's are typically required within a two week period from initial notification.
